Riveredge Hospital is currently hiring for a Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager maintains oversight of unit based Clinical Service lines in order to ensure quality, integrity, and excellence of treatment delivered in a fiscally responsible manner. Plans and develops program goals and directs efforts towards meeting goals.Â Provide support, direction, and supervision of assigned staff. Manages response to patient/family complaints or grievances. Development of services and programs to ensure financial viability and regulatory compliance.Â Supports marketing, development, and community relations activities.Â Based on the needs of the hospital, the Nurse Manager should also be willing to work as a floor RN as needed.
TheÂ Nurse ManagerÂ (RN) provides timely, safe, and effective nursing care in the assigned area(s) in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Hospital and within the framework of established policies and procedures from the Department of Nursing Services.
