Charge Nurse RN Position Summary

The Charge Nurse RN, working in collaboration with the Nurse Manager has responsibility for coordinating and supervising nursing care and the delivery of services in an effective manner for the children, adolescents and adult patients.  The Charge Nurse RN performs staff management functions for MHWs / Therapeutic Assistants to include but not limited to hiring, performance management, evaluations and departmental training.

Supervises:  Directs clinical activities of RNs / LPNs and is the direct supervisor of MHWs / Therapeutic Assistants.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 8:00pm.  This is a salaried; exempt position.
